If you needed another reason to join us for our St. Pat’s weekend celebration, here ya go! Saturday March 19th at 12pm we will be releasing “Barrel Aged Wee Willie’s Heavy”. After 11 months in Heaven Hill and Quincy Street Distillery barrels, we blended our Strong Scotch Ale back into one heavy hitting 9% batch. The nose has many dimensions of butterscotch, sweet caramel and toffee. The palate holds freshly toasted crackers and finishes with bonfire smoked Macintosh apples and marshmallows. In addition to this original barrel aged version, we will be tapping a toasted almond, pecan and ceylon cinnamon infused version too. A limited quantity of 22oz bottles will again be sold for $15 (cash only) from our adjacent dry storage space at noon. Bottle limit per person to be announced the day of the release.
